The annual Starfish Charity Gala is an outreach to benefit our area's most vulnerable children and families. Hosted by Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida, the Gala will be a spiritually uplifting evening featuring a three course seated dinner and a very special guest speaker.
Guest speaker, Dinesh D'Sousa, a former White House domestic policy analyst, is the author of five New York Times best sellers, including What's So Great About America and What's So Great About Christianity. His articles have appeared in major magazines and newspapers including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Atlantic Monthly, Vanity Fair, New Republic, and National Review.
The Starfish Charity Gala is a semi-formal event celebrating the work of Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida and to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
The mission of Catholic Charities is to serve, to empower, and to advocate for vulnerable families and individuals of any race, religion, or national origin.
